The 'Michelle" Caramel shoes are super comfortable and, obviously, stylish! They work with pants, jeans, skirts - you name it! I have them in several colors. Just don't tell me husband - HA HA!

I love these shows and have gotten so many compliments on them. They are comfortable and go with everything. They’re like an elevated clog and I love them. HOWEVER I ordered them on 12/14/2020 and it is now 12/15/2021 and the sole stitching is coming undone on one (see photo). In my opinion shoes in this price range should last longer than a year. I take good care of my shoes and didn’t wear them much in the summer, so this is very surprising. I no longer recommend this brand.

We're happy to help. We are out of stock of your size, so we're unable to replace your pair, but luckily the issue is pretty minor and a local shoe repair shop will easily be able to fix it. Once repaired, please email support@fortress.shoes a picture of your receipt and we are happy to refund your order the amount of the repair!

I had to return these shoes due to needing a foot surgery and considering I wouldn’t be able to wear them for many months decided not to spend the money. However, the fit was true to size and I loved that I could wear them casually or with something a little more dressed up. They felt comfortable albeit I only tried them on in my house. I hope they’re still available when I can wear cute shoes again.
