This is my third pair of shoes from Fortress—I keep coming back for the attractive styles and careful craftsmanship. I’m happy to wear my Ninas with almost any outfit, and after about a month of regular wear, they’re still looking great. The speckled sole is a nice detail on these shoes. I went with my usual size (6), but the Nina runs smaller than other 6s from Fortress—the toe bed is a bit tight. I was hoping they’d stretch to fit my foot more comfortably, but I think I should have ordered a size up instead of hoping to wear them in.

I was so excited that Fortress came out with a sneaker. These are great comfortable shoes for walking, look great, and feel great knowing where they were made. They run small and tight - I usually wear a 40/41 in Fortress shoes, but needed to order a 42 for a good fit.
