Ordered these in Whisky - and somehow there was a mix-up in shipping and they arrived in Ivory, plus the size I ordered was too small. I initiated an exchange and the right pair arrived before I even had time to take the previous pair to the post office. Holy cow, huge thumbs up on the customer service! I'm so impressed with you guys. The shoes themselves are SO well made. I wore them to dinner the evening I received them and walked three blocks in them. NOT ONE SINGLE wrong RUB OR BLISTER. The shoes feel high quality, they're beautiful, the leather is rich and quality .... and now I'm contemplating ordering them in the Ivory in the right size.
