Customer Service & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual to help with day-to-day operations for our growing leather shoe brands, Fortress and Huma Blanco.
Responsibilities
Working for a small business, you must be ready to wear a lot of hats. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Manage inventory across multiple channels
- Process e-commerce orders
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist in planning and on-site coordination of photoshoots
- Participate in product design and development
- Assist in managing our Austin Showroom
Must-have Skills
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Good-to-have Skills
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- Photography and video editing
- Fashion-forward
- Retail sales experience
- Ability in Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom
- Proficiency and understanding of major social platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook
- Customer service platforms such as ZenDesk or Gorgias
