How do I earn points?
You will earn one point per $1 spent on our site, as well as following us on social media. Enter your birthday for a little treat from us!
How do I redeem points?
1. Log in to your account at https://fortress.shoes/pages/fortress-rewards
2. If you have enough points for a reward, click on "View ways to redeem". If you do not have enough points for a reward, click on "View ways to earn" to earn more points.
3. Select your preferred redemption value and click "Redeem".
4. Click "Apply code" to automatically add the discount to your cart, or copy and paste the code into the discount field during checkout to redeem.
Please note that reward redemption codes cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
How do I see how many points I have?
Login to your account page and your available points will be shown at the top.
Do my points expire?
No! Your points are yours to collect or redeem always.
Can I use multiple reward redemption codes on my order?
Nope, you may only use one discount code per order.
What happens to my points when I return an order?
When an order is returned and refunded, your points earned on the order will be deducted from your account. Returns = no points :(
