Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not ship orders over weekends or holidays. You can expect orders within the US to arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping within the US is free on orders of $150 or more. For more info see our FAQ's page.
We offer free domestic exchanges of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. When returning an item for a refund, $10 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. You may choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost. Click here for details.
Warehouse Sale purchases are either final sale or exchange only.
Jewelry may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Meet the Designer
Huma Blanco is created by Adriana Crocco, a third-generation shoemaker and designer based in Lima. Her Peruvian and Italian shoemaking heritages have led Adriana to an appreciation for quality of materials and construction.

Love my Luisa shoes
These shoes are a classic and a must have staple. I wear a 7M or size 37 and fit like a glove and are comfortable for all day wear. These shoes are versatile and can be dressed up or down. I truly love everything about them. The shoe is slip resistant because Fortress uses good quality rubber on the bottom of the wooden heal and not hard plastic that often cause you to slip. This is my 2nd pair and look forward to being another soon.

Adorable - comfy - soft
I purchased the charcoal alpaca. It's soft of a super soft & dense boucle. They took a little wearing in, but are very comfortable. runs ever so slightly small

just perfect
I don't really wear heels often and desperately needed a basic pair for various occasions. I'd been eyeing this brand for years and finally purchased Luisa in black. They are absolutely perfect! Comfortable right out of the box, and I've already had some longer-than-expected walks in them with no problems. Simple, elegant, and beautifully made. Got my regular 38s. Would totally buy again.
