All pairs purchased on October 14, 2026 or after, are final sale.

We offer free domestic exchanges of unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning an item for a refund, the item must be unworn, unused and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please note our new return fees:
  At checkout, you will have the option of purchasing Checkout+. Continuing with Checkout+ qualifies your order for a free return shipping label and no additional fees. Customers who continue without Checkout+ may still return their order but will have a flat $10 return fee deducted from their refund. As always, exchanges and returns for store credit are free.

• Please return items in their original packaging. If shoes are returned without their original shoe box or the shoe box is used as the shipping box, a $10 restocking fee per item will be withheld from your refund. You do not need to use the original shipping box to return your order -- another box of appropriate size will work.

• Purchases made from our Last Chance Collection are final sale and may not be returned. Please see more info in FAQ below.

• Shoe care items are final sale.

• Canadian orders are eligible for return for refund or store credit only. All other international orders are final sale.
