Love love love! The color, the fit! These are comfortable and I love that they are quiet/absorbent when on hard surfaces.

I am exchanging the Luisa shoes for a smaller size (a half size down from my usual), hoping they fit because they are gorgeous. Elevated from a basic flat but not fussy. Details are simple and lovely. Exquisite quality.

These shoes are a classic and a must have staple. I wear a 7M or size 37 and fit like a glove and are comfortable for all day wear. These shoes are versatile and can be dressed up or down. I truly love everything about them. The shoe is slip resistant because Fortress uses good quality rubber on the bottom of the wooden heal and not hard plastic that often cause you to slip. This is my 2nd pair and look forward to being another soon.

I purchased the charcoal alpaca. It's soft of a super soft & dense boucle. They took a little wearing in, but are very comfortable. runs ever so slightly small

Comfortable right out of the box, and I've already had some longer-than-expected walks in them with no problems. Simple, elegant, and beautifully made. Got my regular 38s. Would totally buy again.

The Luisa shoe is buttery soft and super comfortable. A very classic look that can be dressed up or down. This was a beautiful shoe. I followed recommendations and bought toward the larger size. They were a full size too large. I might have exchanged them for a smaller size, except that there was an imperfection on the toe of the shoe that should not have passed quality control.I still recommend it because without the imperfection it would be a gorgeous shoe. (I'm giving fortress the benefit of the doubt that usually they catch imperfections).

The fit was exactly as the other reviewers described. The shoe is very comfortable and I have received many compliments for them. I can’t wait to get my next pair!

So far so good. The leather is soft and the heel is a nice height. The sizing suggestion was helpful. I am a 8.5 in most shoe brands and I got a size 38 in these shoes.

I usually order a 36 in Huma Blanco. A 36 in this style slid off my feet. The shoes also show much of your feet (something I found hard to tell from the photo).

Love these shoes, they are so comfy for a day on my feet. They took a couple wears to break in but now they are perfect! Would definitely purchase more colors

This is the kind of heel you want to be wearing. Soft leather = no blisters. Short heel =comfortable for long periods. Beautifully stacked wood = elegance & class. The shoe is a lovely shape, and I look forward to getting lots of wear.

These are not my first pairs of Huma Blancos - I also own the Luisa, the Vania, and the Harlow and have figured out what sizes work for my US 7 wide feet (pssst it's the 38s!) - but the quality of Huma Blanco shoes never fail to amaze me. They are very well-made and comfortable. I got the Stella in black, which goes with practically anything. Anyway, I highly recommend them if you're looking for a more "grown up"/elevated pair of Mary Janes in your closet.
