Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not ship orders over weekends or holidays. You can expect orders within the US to arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping within the US is free on orders of $150 or more. For more info see our FAQ's page.
We offer free domestic exchanges of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. When returning an item for a refund, $10 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. You may choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost. Click here for details.
Warehouse Sale purchases are either final sale or exchange only.
Jewelry may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Love These!
I love them more than I could imagine. The details are in suede – a nice contrast to the rest of the shoe. 99% of my shoes come from Fortress of Inca. They are the best.
Great travel sneakers!
I have had my eye on these sneakers for a while and I'm so glad I bought them. They feel really sturdy and I just love the unique color. They are very comfortable and I wore them all day while traveling, they are so comfy! This is the second pair of sneakers I've purchased from Fortress. Never disappoints.
Would like more neutral colors
I really like the silhouette of this shoe. I have a size 8.5 (38.5 to 39) foot. I purchased the 38 based on the size recommendation, and it fit fine. I hated to return these (I got the navy with pink accent) since it’s hard to find court style shoes that don’t look sloppy or massive. But had a hard time with how the colors would fit my wardrobe. I wish these came in more neutral tones, like all white or white with gray or light tan accents. Cute shoes though and seemed very well made.
Great fit, beautiful shoe
I loved the shoe, very comfortable and goes with any style; jeans and a t-shirt or dresses. I wear these almost everyday, one of my best staples!
